Providence Row is a charity working to provide support and hope to homeless people in Tower Hamlets and the City of London.

The Countess toured the charity’s Dellow Day Centre on Tuesday June 22nd with our Chief Executive Jo Ansell, and met with regular users of services, including the creators of the client-led website 'Dellowcentric' and participants in the useful build-a-bike course. The Countess talked to staff about the range of services clients can access, including housing and benefits advice, as well as support for mental health and substance misuse. Her Royal Highness rounded off the visit with a cup of tea and a chat with staff and clients in the dining room.
Jo Ansell said, ‘We were delighted that The Countess of Wessex was able to visit the charity and learn more about the work that we do here as well as meet some of our inspirational clients. She was able to see first hand just how much of a difference housing advice and providing structured activities can make to help people find their own pathway out of homelessness.’
