3. Online Purchases
3.1 Any orders received from customers inside the EU for goods available on the Website are subject to a seven day cooling off period. If you would like to cancel any orders within the seven day period please contact info@providencerow.org.uk or call 0207 422-6381 and PRC will cancel any unsent orders and refund any monies processed in connection to such. Any sent orders received within the seven day cooling off period should be returned to PRC at the registered address above.
3.2 Any unwanted orders can be retuned unopened within 30 days of purchase and PRC will refund any monies processed in connection with such.
3.3 All goods or tickets ordered via the Website are subject to a 28 day delivery period. However PRC will endeavour to dispatch any items ordered through the Website as soon as possible after processing the order.

PRC reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online.
