Support for people sleeping rough | Providence Row

During COVID-19, our Day Centre will remain open, offering a reduced service. Please see here for more details.

Our Resource Centre

Our centre, just off Brick Lane in East London, is a warm, safe place where people who are rough sleeping in Tower Hamlets can get a hot drink, some breakfast, a shower, a care of address as well as access to the internet and phone charging facilities.

Our resource centre not only helps you improve your physical condition in the short term but creates an opportunity to start a conversation with us about improving your situation in the long term.

If you believe our services can help you, or someone you know, please:

  • Visit our centre at The Dellow Centre, 82 Wentworth Street, London E1 7SA. Opening hours: 9am – 4pm
  • Call 020 7422 6752
  • You can also contact Streetlink who will aim to connect you with Outreach services in your area.

The next step will be speaking with our Advice and Support team.

Find out more about our Advice and Support services.

For people sleeping rough outside of Tower Hamlets

Please note: if you are sleeping on the streets in London then please contact Streetlink in the first instance and they will refer you to the correct services.

If you are sleeping on the streets somewhere outside of London, then please contact your Local Authority or a local homelessness service.
