Our Advice & Support Team is the starting point for people who are experiencing homelessness.

How we can help:

If you find yourself sleeping rough in Tower Hamlets, our Day Centre, conveniently located just off Brick Lane, offers support and guidance to help you through this challenging time

At our Day Centre, you'll find a welcoming and secure environment where you can enjoy a hot drink, breakfast, and lunch. We also provide shower facilities, access to the internet, and phone charging facilities. Taking advantage of these resources can help improve your immediate well-being while providing an opportunity to discuss long-term solutions with our team.

 If you or someone you know can benefit from our services, please consider the following options:

• Visit the Dellow Centre: Join us at 82 Wentworth Street, London E1 7SA, for a nutritious breakfast served from 8:30 am to 10 am. We offer lunch between 1 pm and 2 pm. Our team is available to assist new clients starting from 9 am, with the last appointment at midday. Please note that the centre closes at 2 pm
• Call us: Reach out to us directly at 020 7422 6752 to discuss your situation and explore how we can support you
• Contact Streetlink: If you require outreach services in your area, Streetlink can connect you with the appropriate resources. They can be reached through their dedicated helpline, 0300 500 0914.
  
  Once you've taken these initial steps, our Advice and Support team will guide you through the next stage of the process. 

• Making a housing application or support with finding privately rented accommodation
• Supporting you to access to healthcare
• Ensuring you have accessed all available benefits
• Referring you to food banks
• Applying for identification paper work (birth certificates...)
• Making referrals to further services at Providence Row and other organisations.
