Providence Row gains prestigious quality award | Providence Row
Staff at Providence Row are celebrating today for successfully passing the Advice Quality Standard (AQS), a nationally recognised quality mark for organisations providing free, independent advice to members of the public.

The award was granted to the charity’s Advice and Support team, which gives practical advice around housing, money and health to people affected by, or at risk of homelessness, in Tower Hamlets and The City of London.

Speaking about the standard, Pam Orchard, Providence Row’s CEO said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded the AQS. It is a testament to the hard work of our Advice and Support team who are working to a high standard, supporting people affected by homelessness in Tower Hamlets. We will continue to work hard to ensure we maintain this standard long into the future.”

The AQS is awarded by the national umbrella group, the Advice Services Alliance. Providence Row will proudly display the AQS logo, joining the community of over 650 organisations across the country of AQS holders.
