Award Winners! In February, our incredible community and corporate
kitchen volunteers at Providence Row were recognised at the Tower Hamlets
Voluntary & Community Sector Awards, winning Large Volunteer Group of the
Year. 

Each year, around 200 corporate kitchen volunteers from more than 30 corporate
organisations give their time to support our kitchen, alongside 20 active
community volunteers who support on a regular basis. Together, they make a huge
difference to the people we support.

We recently had the chance to celebrate the amazing work they do every day. All
of our volunteers arrive with the same compassion and desire to make a
difference — helping to ensure that people experiencing homelessness are
welcomed with warmth, dignity and a good meal.

We’re so grateful to have them as part of the Providence Row team, and seeing
them recognised for the selfless work they do was really special. It was also a
very positive day celebrating the incredible organisations and volunteers doing
vital work across Tower Hamlets.

A huge thank you to every volunteer who gives their time to support our
community.
