Join us on Tuesday 18th November for a visual representation of “The Mile Between Us”.
Providence Row’s Day Centre, lies just one mile from the Gherkin. A stark contrast of two worlds, one of poverty, loneliness and isolation and the other of wealth and community.
This winter Providence Row are highlighting the mile and bridging the gap. We want you to walk with us, learn about what we do and help us create Safe Spaces for people affected by homelessness. For many of the people we work with – Hope Begins In a Safe Space.
So join us for a Charity Dog Walk!
Starting under the shadow of the Gherkin, walking to Providence Row’s day centre and back again, this powerful walk will bring together dog lovers, corporate teams and local residents to raise awareness of Providence Row’s work and celebrate the special role dogs play in people’s lives.
Simply bring your dog to work, donate £20 to take part in the walk and support our campaign today. If you don’t have a dog, or are unable to bring them on the dog walk – you are of course most welcome to still join in!
As part of the walk there will be a short pit-stop at Providence Row, for some refreshments for both Dogs and Walkers!
