Progression and Training Manager
Salary: £33,000
Duration: Full Time 35 hrs per week, permanent contract

Providence Row has a long history of working with those affected by homelessness and vulnerably housed in East London, offering an integrated service of crisis support, advice, substance use & alcohol support and employment and training advice. Our aim is to ensure that people who are so often excluded from mainstream services gain the support and opportunities they need to create a safe, healthy and sustainable life away from the streets.
The ideal candidate
With experience in working in the education, training and employment field you will have great organisational skills, an ability to manage a high performing team and passionate about working with vulnerable people. You will oversee our award winning garden and catering training programmes as well as implementing our new digital inclusion service working with those affected by homelessness.
